DESIGN WITH PURPOSE

Color plays such an important role in conveying a company's visual message. Combine the use of color and a meaningful logo mark and you have the makings of a very strong visual identity. For PeopleGro the challenge was to create a color program that effectively conveyed the new name and messaging that SOZO | Pivotal developed for the company.

The PeopleGro logo symbolizes the fact that people are at the center of a company's success as the figure stands on a symbolic growth chart — to the left is a red line and to the right is a grey-green line exhibiting growth and financial viability.

The tagline "When People Grow, Companies Grow" further outlines this communication approach. Overall, the identity and messaging helps to bring out the true tone of voice and brand message of the company. Prior to going through this identity and branding initiative, PeopleGro — formerly known as Learning and Performance Systems — had a disconnected visual stance compared to the true vibrant personalities of its principals.
