It’s an opportunity to focus weekly on specific marketing challenges that will allow your company to grow…or expand, if you will.
For years we’ve been working with clients who have difficulty figuring out where to begin. There are so many marketing ideas and tools that it’s hard to know where to start. One thing that is extremely common is the desire to design before the desire to strategize. Design and the tangible tools that it conceives from it is the fun part. Strategy isn’t. If given a choice, what are you going to do? You’re always going to try to put it together without the directions, right? Do I need a website, a brochure or a new logo? While traditional marketing and advertising companies will probably tell you YES!, forget all that for now and slow it down a bit. In order to save time, money and any miscommunication with your target market we focus first on your vision, specific strategy and marketing roadmap.
The group setting allows business owners to collaborate and share ideas, successes, challenges and thoughts amongst their peers. Each session is moderated by Dave Klonke, SOZO / PIVOTAL’s principal and Creative Director. Participants are encouraged to come into each week’s session with an open mind, their “expanding” XSP& workbook and a sharp pencil.
XSP& isn’t about making sure everything is in perfect strategy before moving forward. Paralysis by analysis isn’t going to get you anywhere either. That’s why XSP& combines the principles of business and branding strategy with the execution and development of the tools.
